We do not need him and his likes in monarch and politics to actualise the project. All we need are the yoruba people in majority.

As it is Constitutional Force Majeure is in place.

Akeredolu is so on point here. I have said severally on this forum that these agitators can't impose themselves on us as Leaders of the Yorubas, we are too smart for that.
There are processes to follow if you want to lead a people out of a nation. I am not happy with Nigeria as we are presently organized but that won't make me ever submit to the leadership of an illiterate like Sunday Igboho. God forbid.
This so called Professor, I don't know him, for him to be my leader, he need to seek my consent.
But you trust educated Fulanis buhari to be ya leader.... efulefu.

it is presumptuous, denigrating and condescendingly spiteful for a group of hustlers, living largely in anonymity but struggling for relevance, to keep proclaiming and legislating on issues which affect the destiny of a whole people, without the faintest suggestion of paying even scant regard to their feelings or extending due courtesy to the real representatives of the people whose opinions they discount as unimportant.

” The people are discerning. They know the impostors. They have not forgotten the activities of the suborned agitators, the presumed penitent activists. The Ondo people, and indeed Yoruba are the easiest to lead but the most difficult to deceive. With them sophistry and demagoguery have their limits.”

Is it not time the DSS invites them to at least let them understand the implications of their actions on the peace and security of the SW especially as it relates to the way these insurrectionists were threatening even the Alaiyeluwas. I just don't get it how people will wake up and start declaring their own country in a sovereign nation on behalf of over 40m people with no consent of the people just because they have access to the social media!
Even at the height of the June 12 annulment Injustice, the Yoruba courageously faced the military and got their demands eventually.
How suddenly this current issue of farmer-herder crisis that is not even peculiar to the SW is being promoted by the insurrectionists should interest the DSS, CBN and others.

If not, these irresponsible actions will keep repeating itself. In one week alone, one who collected amnesty money and used it to build a university outside his geopolitical zone and outside Nigeria in Benin republic woke up on the wrong side of the bed and declared his own country and same week another one declared his own country in the SW!
Are there no laws or the national assembly so powerless that it can not look at laws it can make to stop these dysfunctional and treasonable actions politicians and their paid collaborators use every time a presidential election is approaching? Can't the Speaker and the Senate President see that they need to act and review these laws to stop these insurrection business?
Are there no laws or legitimate ways to bring charges against those online and media platforms who are actively being used to promote treason since they appear to be using these actions to make money and enabling these insurrectionists?visit www.freestuffsng.com for latest freestuffs in Nigeria. God bless Nigeria.
This is not treason but the exercise of the inalienable right of the citizenry to see-determination. They are not about the overthrow of government but an invitation to the government to look in the direction of the Yoruba on the issue of self determination. Very simple matter. Let's have a referendum in Yorubaland and give a voice to numbers.

Nobody is seeing the reason behind this so call leaders that are opposing the creation of Yoruba Nation.... These are set of people that that knw that if we should go, the money dey see from allocation will surely reduce moreso, it might be a threat to their political seat sev Cox if we av a Yoruba nation, all these governor's will be asked to leave for new governance and this won't go down well with them... Bet it with me, I see this same Akeredolu calling for the creation of Yoruba nation after finishing his tenor as a second term governor... Watch out

This one is fighting for 2023. SW will have to learn that they are not the only region who know how to play betrayal - collaborative politics against a southerner. Atiku may be the next president.

You are calling for chaos if everyone , including unpatriotic intemperate psychologically unstable persons , keeps waking up and calling for a referendum every week especially done without recourse to those the people chose to represent them. This is the reason why possibly stringent laws similar to the laws in kidnapping should be made to address the unpatriotic actions of these insurrectionists as treason because you are not only usurping the democratic tenets that gave power in trust to duly elected representatives of the people, you are undermining them from delivering on the main task of governance on which their mandate rest. As it stands now, all I need is the money from an unpatriotic self serving politician to start my own campaign of insurrection online and nowhere is this tolerated in the world. If these business men in the insurrection business are not stopped, this is a recipe for disaster they copy and read from their playbook every 4 years since we return to democracy in 1999 and it appears the Senate and house of representatives are completely out of order and watching as the chaos unfold.
If they don't stop these nonsense, it will consume our democracy.visit www.freestuffsng.com for latest freestuffs in Nigeria.

You will most likely have voted for Buhari if you are of my generation who knew what he did in 1984 as a Military Head of State. As it turned out, the Buhari we all knew then had expired and I must confess that I regretted voting him in 2015 even though Jonathan didn't give me much options.
Whatever, that won't make me submit to a Sunday Igboho.

When it comes to secession Yorubas become independent thinkers out of fear of what will happen, the usual cowardice Yorubas are known for when push comes to shove.

But when it comes to Nigerian national politics you Yorubas will queue behind a brown teeth retired drug baron who is only good at abandoning his people to please his political masters up north for political relevance.

We knew from the start that Yorubas as a whole don't have the courage and morale to seek for secession. They are scared of losing Igbos' massive economic contribution to Lagos and other Yoruba states.

They are scared of losing Niger Delta crude oil revenues they used to cunningly build their region.

They are scared of turning Lagos to a small city with less economic activities should Nigeria divide.

They are scared of being on their own and starting to build a country of their own from scratch because they don't believe in their ability to stand alone and push for success alone, they believe more in backstabbing others to win big and form sophistication.

They believe in playing cunning politics and using other regions intelligence and manpower and resources to develop their own region while spitting and mocking the people developing their region.

If not for cowardice and love of backstabbing and cunning politics as mentioned above, tell me why a sane Yoruba person in 2021 would prefer a country with Fulanis who hate progress, hate communal development and civilisation, who blatantly refuses civilisation and anything that brings communal and national prosperity for all, to forming their own proud Yoruba nation where they can confidently chart the future of their own nation and the future of their generations huh

How can love for egunje and political crumbs blind a whole tribe from seeking to stand on their own and build their dream country devoid of external incursion and distractionshuh

This has been my argument with some fools all along. Some reta@d can't just wake up and tell me and my people that he's now the leader and forcing us into another country. Let them run for office and if the people so much believe in their aspirations then they will vote for them. Once in power you can move for what you told the people while running for office.
But for some idiot to just wake up and start telling us that we must follow them blindly like Namdiot Cownu...Not going to happen.
We don't bandwagon, we don't follow follow.
