I wasn't given any injection before stitches it was after the stitching the nurse gave me injection. The stitching was painful but the main pain was after I got home. To sit down na war. Pikin dey cry, mama dey cry

I don walk enh, do exercises and dance. In fact my tongue has suffered in the hands of pineapple. For kpekus, it's a no go area. The heaviness down there and the way I am walking will not allow me. I await God's time like this

Good evening sis. How is st.rapheal because am thinking of using it with the general hospital am using because is my hubby HMO. Most people around me that used there are CS. I haven't seen anyone around me that did virginal delivery.

Ajayi hospital is ok. I did my industrial attachment there in 2010.

I will keep on with the pineapple eating thou and add dancing to the list. This evening I had a little cramp but it didn't last and have not seen any thing since then. Thank you for your contribution ma
