Does this mean you are a volunteer at the firm? Volunteer work is not accepted for EE, only paid work is, and it doesn't matter if you are related to the company owner.
If you are paid in cash, you can do a cash salary certificate and accompany it with salary payments acknowledgements/vouchers.
Page 1 gives a sample cash salary certificate.

Hi everyone,
I need advice on what to do concerning my work experience. I presently work at my Dad's company, a contracting firm(fully incorporated), but I don't get paid a basic salary and I don't pay tax. Can I still apply using my dad's company?]

Hi everyone,
Please I need a quick help here. I work in a firm where they pay us salary at hand and not bank, although I have tried to amend this but my boss prefares the old method.
My question is how do I show my working salary, if I explain this in a letter to them will they accept it?

Please gurus in the house help me out @zandora, @jesusistheway

Random question.

So my POF is very much intact in the bank account I use for salary. It is complete and even has a buffer.

But once I get paid, I transfer my salary to my other savings account for expenses, and I send some to my piggyvest.

I hope this is safe, and will not raise any suspiciousness.

I'm POST AOR.

Good evening house, my WES status changed from "on hold to " in progress, we are processing a new package or document for your application

For someone who is evaluating two certificates, does this mean that they've received both transcript. I just applied for my bsc transcript last week Wednesday while my NCE transcript was posted to WES two weeks ago.

Now I don't know if it means they've received both or only NCE transcript for now because I taught wes doesn't start evaluation until they received both transcript. Thanks

You really can’t say, just keep checking you dashboard they will indicate which on they got and better still if you have the tracking number you can check on Wes page if they got it

I noticed that the pool score distribution hasn't really changed, after the 27,000 CEC and other PNP & CEC draws.

What exactly is happening? Thought I'd see a significant drop in the values.

Or are we to believe about 30k people have entered the pool since the January draws?
Or many are still in the pool after rejecting ITA?

I'm so tired of waiting.

Hoping for a miracle FSW draw soonest.

A CALL FOR HELP!☹️☹️

Pls help me, my GCMS note arrived today with eligibility not met. When I looked through, I saw that the mistake is from e-apr the very first one before ITA under what ECA qualified my certificate as, my wife filled bachelor's degree but choosed Masters in the drop down. Now, the CRS that I got ITA with is higher than my score when I used crs calculator. My correct CRS should have been 470 but I got ITA with 472 which is clearly below crs cut off.

Should I raise a webform to explain and appeal that it was an honest mistake so as not to be seen as misrepresentation. Pls anyone that knows or have been in this shoes should pls advice. If I hadn't ordered for GCMS I wouldn't have known.

@mmamaroon @missma01, @debieee and everyone pls help

So sorry about this. cry

If you mean you chose Masters but you actually don't have one and should have chosen 2 or more degrees instead.....as a result your recalculated CRS is below CRS of the draw you were invited for, I don't think this is a case of misrepresentation, just an update error. Unfortunately, I think eligibility will still be "not met" with or without an LOE, this is just my opinion though, I may be wrong.

Advice for others - please, biko, ejo, abeg..... use the CRS calculator and also the link that has the CRS criteria in tabular form (both on page 1) to calculate your CRS so that you will know if you have updated something incorrectly in your profile or eAPR.

As a guide, a FSW single applicant or applicant with unaccompanying spouse who is younger than 30, without siblings in Canada, no French, no Canadian degree or work experience, who maxes IELTS and has 2 or more degrees and 3 years of work experience cannot attain more than CRS of 474 (no be curse o grin, its just the maths of the CRS calculator) The same person with a Masters will have 481.

Married people's scores will be affected by their spouse's degree and IELTS.

Just enter a bus or vehicle going to Wuse or Federal Secretariat from New Nyaya (200-250 naira) then stop at Finance Bridge (Federal Ministry of Finance).

Then take a taxi to the venue. It's should not be more than 300naira. Just tell the taxi man Plataeu House like say you have the place o. If you do like Jayjay Cee, the taxi man go cut your neck with price. All the best!

Thank you very much o!

May your days be long

The easiest way I can explain is that this street is behind National ecumenical center(the big golden fancy church). Another landmark is Federal Ministry of Finance.
I suggest you leave early and stop at any of these two stops but Federal Ministry of Finance is closer.
All the best!

Thanks a bunch!

Responses:

Yes, you have applied before.

It's your call to withdraw....double and triple check your CRS to be 100% sure though.

Read up here about refunds: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=612&top=4

Qrisn:
I am trying to create another profile and they are asking if I have applied for express entry before? If yes, they are asking for express number. I should say yes right?

Secondly, my raising webform is to explain that I made an error and will like to discontinue the application instead of waiting for them to make a final decision which may still end up with a rejection.

Thirdly, will I be refunded my application fee?
I have never been this sad.

Let me use this opportunity to clarify something for people who have family and friends in Canada and are hoping on them for care and support. Get it out of your mind! It doesn't work that way. Come with your own plans for sustenance. If you receive the kindness of friends and family members, fine but come prepared.

After calculating my point ,it was 463

Increasing CRS in your particular scenario is VERY straightforward.

Have you had a look at this link marked HERE from page 1? Once you do, it'll be obvious what effect doing IELTS will have on your CRS, you should also see something there about extra points from being bilingual.

Any particular reason why you've not taken IELTS?
