Zulum is there wasting resources on projects. In the midst of chronic insecurity. The average Nigerian politician is unsophisticated. Flyover and Bridges is all they know. Intangibles like HDI, peace, stability, cohesion is not their priority. And this is what affects a Nation more than a thousand Bridges. I repeat, the priority of Nigerian govt at all levels should not be on the next project. We need a restructuring. We need a social contract. 2 Likes |

Borno needs to calculate the cost of investing in PowerStations or power distribution points - in addition to the cost of rebuilding them when destroyed by terrorists (since destroying state apparatus may be the new sponsored terrorists tactics) - against the cost of helping homes and business adopt self-sufficient solutions such as Solar Energy 2 Likes |

Zulum had the opportunity to call out Buhari on insecurity and the clown instead said we shouldn't blame Buhari. This is a man governing a terrorist ridden state where building infrastructure there is more or less a waste. And some people want him in aso rock. Una no well. 1 Like |

Ghana is steadily poaching some of the best Nigerians in tech. They live in Ghana. People like Victor asemota, aloy chife and a host of others. And the number is increasing. Even our afrobeat stars are living more in Ghana now. It's not infrastructure that drives them there. It's peace. Peace is the principal thing. Get peace. 5 Likes |

itrustInGod: With 24 local govts. (out 27) under the jurisdiction of Boko haram, ISIS, ISWAP, fulani herdmen etc, I guess it's safe to say, the people (of bornu state) are well and truly phocked. God only help those we are willing to protect themselves. |

Even the most peaceful part of Nigeria, the south East, is not really peaceful. Compared to other neighbouring Countries. The biggest need of Nigeria is peace. Peace to develop. Peace to grow. 3 Likes |

Ghana is able to attract the biggest foreign direct investment in West Africa. Not because of their infrastructure which is non existent really. Nigeria has better infrastructure than Ghana. We have rails now. It's peace. 1 Like |

Something tells me Nigeria will never be able to pull off the year of return that has brought huge dividends to Ghana. Even though the biggest majority of the enslaved diaspora are of Nigerian heritage. Aside from the fact that Lai Muhammed is a complete slowpoke, we don't have the peace to make it work. |

What did it take ISIS to capture all of Iraq? Little. What did it take the Taliban to retake nearly all of Afghanistan after years of American-led Allied forces liberated Afghanistan from the Taliban and left for home? Little. Boko Haram is fighting for the same objective with Moslems from the 12 northern Nigeria sharia states - a Nigeria to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal laws. Waiting for the day Nigeria’s or any allied armed forces shall defeat Boko Haram is like waiting for Godot.
