Sometimes I do wonder that can't Satan just apologise to God so we can just go back to the garden of Eden naked? Beside God is the all forgiven God.

Please I will need clarification from those that have better knowledge on this issue

He is asking why can't Satan just ask for forgiveness and accept Jesus Christ.
The truth is what Christians usually call Lucifer is a figurative story of a King in the book of Isaiah. Lucifer is actually the son of light, even Christ can be referred to as that.

If you hire a manager to manage your business and the manager decides to take your company from you and also turn some of your staff against you, how are you going to forgive that manager you hired. We are told that we are the image of GOD. So you can now understand what is going on.

What if the manager return and genuinely ask for forgiveness and you can perceive within that he has repented and was remorse about his deed

Satan is a perfect creature, likewise Adam.
Their sin is wilful disobedience to God which attracts dire consequences.
Satan can NOT repent, forgiveness not possible.
