Someone told me recently that I need to have a 3-year work experience in that field or related Bachelors before I can apply. Please has anyone had such an experience?

To the second part of your question...I do not have the experience but I think you can check the requirements for MA. In Business Analytics and Data Science. You can also mail the school for clarification on their requirements.

1) No, you need a transcript. Try to get even if it's the student copy

2) 3 year work experience is not necessary. It just depends on the school's admission requirement.
