Is There Any Nigerian Bank Where I Can Exchange Foreign Currency? by Observinho: 12:18am On Mar 26, 2021
Hi guys, I got a few dollars to change and I am wondering if there is any Nigerian bank that can do that for me, because all I see is the black market. I know it is more profitable with the black market, but I needed a bank for a purpose, plus I want to pay in the money into a domiciliary account. But none of the banks are changing, and it baffles me to know this, when virtually all of them have the exchange rates blinking in their banks for customers to see. I wonder why they do that in the first place.
Can anyone help here?

Black market does not pay more. They even source their funds from the banks. You can pay USD directly into your dorm account so you don't need to go through black market

Just ask around if someone needs. If you are on some WhatsApp platforms, ask if anyone needs USD thst you need naira and willing to exchange.

Please kindly make your point in a decent manner. Black market does not pay more. If you know, you know but you don't need to accept.

Just tell us you have never exchanged dollars to naira all your life, and move on.

Anyone who has ever done so will easily know that black market rates are always far higher.

Some of you guys just come to the social media to give advice on things you have no practical knowledge on.

Lol, don't mind him. Observinho, I have legit contacts at sabo yaba if you want. They can come & meet you at your location or transfer into your dom account if you want. I was also suprised when I tried exchanging at a bank & they declined.

I don't know about their headquarters though.
