Morons anything that will allow them to pad is what they are always looking out for. Why not expand the infrastructures of the existing ones and allow them to have 3 sets of admissions in a year. In countries across the globe you find schools offering admissions 2 to 3 times in a year and this allow them to manage their huge numbers of students properly.

Denmark has free education from cradle to grave. It also has a tax to gdp ratio of 46% . Nigeria's tax to gdp ratio just got up to 6.1%..meaning if we want free educaiton, we have to make more people pay tax, and at a higher rate too.
