To me money is not everything , relationship matters. I have been living in Gowon estate for 12 years now .some part of the estate had this water challenge ....fuel in water. There is this particular guy that sold his house to enable him buy another somewhere without fuel in water issues. Two days ago I met an agent that showed us a piece of land with the following dimensions..30 by 34. After inspecting the land I advice him not to buy since is not even up to a quarter plot but he decided to make an offer of 8million ...To my greatest surprise his offer was rejected ...the owner is demanding for 13million last for a small piece of land not up To quarter plot. I understand a plot goes for 50million and above in same estate.

Right nowI have informed the buyer about the new development and he promise to think over it. I know I will be making some percentage as someone that took him to the land along side the agents but I don't feel comfortable encouraging him to buy . Can some one with a better experience advice me on this matter . Does a land of 30 by 34 worth 13million? The aforementioned land is I Gowon estate under FHA .

Thanks ...I have already told him that is very expensive ...for me I could move to another area where he can get full plot for that amount ...after all Gowon estate use to be Bush in the past before it developed ...one day every other place will develop.

This is public forum something like pricing your products ridiculously will always be happened. You dont have to curse them ignore them would be the best thing.not only you are dealer here and same thing also happens to them.

Did you understand the subject of this thread? I was seeking advice on property section .....the next thing you did was to attack me on property thread after attacking me on car section ...is unfortunate some of you hide under the internet to insult your elders ....I don't know where and how you got the impression that I am a young man.......you have called me a stark illiterate yet , you kept on insulting me from one thread or the other even when I had nothing to do with you....this is the greatest madness I have seen ....For the fact that this is internet , I cannot do more than commit your activity onto the Lord ....He will definitely fight this battle for me . Go ahead and keep doing what you and your fellow internet rat knows how to do best ...The worrisome aspect is that the admin allows people who just came into nairaland in the past or two years to keep insulting people that have spent 10 years plus on this forum doing legitimate business without issues ...I have verified all the monikers of those insulting me ....they have one thing in common ....they are pretty new....they have nothing to sell here ...That admin is watching this people making nairaland that use to be the envy of people turn out to be a place where internet rats are allowed to roam about....is worrisome .....you and your friends will reap what you sow ...when it comes , kindly accept it nicely . If I have done anything bad against each one of you to warrant this attack ...May I reap what I sow but if the opposite is the case may you guys reap what you sow....and so shall it be in Jesus name
