The backwardness of Nigeria begins with the wrong steps of our leaders.

Nigeria is backward because NIGERIANS as a collective are backward. You cannot go to a brothel and expect to find a nun, you cannot select a leader from a set of thieves and expect that because he is now "leader", he is no longer a thief. The reason why Nigeria always gets bad leaders is because Nigerians are bad people... a bad person is not suddenly good because he is a "leader"!!!!

it is the same Nigerian like you and I that takes/gives bribes, drives one way, jumps queues , does not obey laws that will one day become a leader and you expect those behaviour to change because he is now leader? The problem with Nigeria is not leaders, it is all Nigerians. Bad tree can never give rise to good fruit(leaders) no matter how many fruits (leaders) it bears..each one (leader) will be just as bad .

There are a few good Nigerians but the nature of the Nigerian is such that we will always produce bad leaders because the people who produce the leaders are themselves bad!!!

Darkness cannot produce light and light cannot produce darkness. if your story is one of consistent darkness, it is because your very nature is darkness!!!
