Good evening all....please I'd like to know if authentication and legalisation of document can be done by proxy.

Authentication can be done by proxy, but you spend more. Although, if a family member is doing for you and can present valid ID, you are good to go. As per Legalization, kindly mail the polish embassy. I have no idea.

Yes! Authenticitation can be done by proxy. If the person have the same surname as you and must provide a valid ID card to prove such relationship.

However, I can do that for you for a token. Best regards

1. What do I need for legalisation at the Polish embassy?

2. Which documents do I need to legalise at the embassy aside BSc, transcript and WAEC?

3. How do I book appointment for legalisation at the embassy?

4. Do I need to notorize my documents before presenting it at the embassy?

5. Is the eligibility letter for the school or the embassy?

6. Must I use an authorized translator or I can use any?

7. Please give me contacts of these recognised translators?

8. How long does it take for the embassy to legalise my documents?

Good morning everyone. Please I’m new here and I have taken some time to read through some of the pages here, but they are a lot and I can’t figure out where to get the exact information that I need. I have a few questions:
1. When applying for MSC, do I have to notarize or certify my documents such as transcripts and certificate? If yes, could anyone please notify me on where to do this?
2. What are the documents needed for application apart from certificate and transcripts?

Please I’d be grateful for response(s) on this. Thank you.

1. You don't have to notorize or certify your documents. All you need is to authenticate your bachelor's degree certificate and transcript at the ministry of Education then Ministry of foreign affairs all in Abuja. And ofcourse, ministry of Education will also give you Eligibility Letter.

2. It's depends on the schools requirements. But it's mainly, BSc certificate, transcript and eligibility letter.

I hope I answered your questions.

Is it the student transcript that should be authenticated? Because my school says they can only give me the student transcript as the official transcript will be sent directly to the school. Please help clarify this

You can get admission for Masters with 2.2 and for Visa, your age doesn't matter

Is this a general statement?? Or do you mean his 34years for MSc doesn’t matter
Because I’m 26, I want to apply for Bachelors in Nursing at the University of Economics and Innovation

You're still young to go for BSc, so you have no issues.

Even a 35yrs old going for BSc got VISA recently. So you have nothing to worry about.

Tell your school that your organization requested for it. In that case you have to provide the Name of the Company, and address which your school will send it to. That's the only way you can have a copy of your Official Transcript.

After then, make several colored photocopies for admission purposes.

Goodluck

I'm not sure about this. Address the transcript to any company where the manager or HR will receive and hand it over to you.

Yes you do and thank you. However, must the ministry of education be in Abuja or its only the foreign affairs? Because I’m in Lagos but I know the embassy is only in Abuja. Also, these authentications should be done before applying to any school, right?

Hello, I'm currently a 200 level degree student of pharmacy at University of Lagos, I have gained admission into Industrial Chemistry at a university in Europe

my WAEC certificate is 2016. should I indicate with purpose to the embassy that I'm a student here or I should hide it, and if I hide it, and am asked during the interview that what have I been doing since 2016?

is there anyone that have passed through same or close situation with me? please contribute, pleased I need an answer on what to do to this as it is very urgent.
to the best of my knowledge l, there is no interview at the embassy, it's just submission of documents we do,
As for the study history here in Nigeria, I'll advise you hide it and let them see you asa fresh student with the documents you submit. I hope this helps

Direct answers from nairalanders goes a long way. Please what’s the cheapest school in Poland and how do I start the process immediately??just drop your answer here.

To the rest that didn’t answer, and read... may your helper ignore you in Poland
bad apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Its advisable you behave your self on public platforms, no one owes anybody a dime here. We are here to only have intellectual conversations that exude mutual respect. Anything far from that will be unapologetically ignored. If you need help, bury the child and let the man come alive.
