Cost of living in Abuja is pretty high! While transportation is cheap! Housing can be very expensive ! In fact if you can sort out housing in Abuja you are good to go

Wuse , Garki ( Self contained 500k upward, 2 and 3 bedroom flat is 1.5 upward)

Maitama and asokoro ( 3 bedroom duplex 3 , 4million per annum upward)

Nyanya, maraba ( self contained 150k, 200k )

No Shiit bruh, my bro stays at 3rd Ave. Pays 750k for a small room and parlor.

While with 350k at dei dei, I'm living like a king on a 3 bedroom flat.

For a starter

You can get a room self-contain as low as N150k in Lugbe and some part of Jabi.

N300k - N400k for B.Q around Federal Housing, Sun City, Sunnyvale, Kabusa Garden, Lokogoma Axies.

Jabi is more of a business district than residential. There are residential houses but its more of high brow and expensive estates the least from 1m upward. but you can get a quite reasonable house in satelite towns surroundings like lugb, kubwa, galadimawa, etc. so you need to state your budget so you can get more help

I'm paying about 1.5 yearly for a two-bedroom apartment here in Wuse Abuja. I don't know about Jabi but i believe it's cheaper.
U have to state the type of house u need for u to get a proper answer. Location matters here in Abuja and everything is quiet expensive. Hope u are not planning to come start your life here. Abuja is mainly for established people. More of civil servants and Government workers.

If you live in the city, all the money you make will end in house rent.

More than 70% of Abuja workers live outskirts.

And what you use for one bed can get you a modern 2 bed and you will still have change.

You will not like Abuja city during weekend or night if you love hanging out with the boys.

Note, if you get married, it's cheaper to source for foodstuffs outside the city. Leave the city for politicians and their people. You will never meet up.
