Hello, I got a xiaomi note 9s phone like 2 weeks ago. I observed the phone's screen is too sensitive (I can't scroll in peace without clicking), I have tried to adjust it in settings but the problem persists with and without screen guard, any solutions

Are you using any screen guard that maybe causing the issue.

It's normal , it's just dat this is the first advanced phone you will ever use

It happened to me before when I firstly change from transition , I was like the scrolling is very fast even if i swipe gently , transition nah bastard

You can reduce it in the settings , I'm sure you will get use to it along the line wink

You don't have a proper service centre and you're still calling someone amateurs for complaining about a phone he brought with his money. If you guys continue like this Xiaomi won't make top 5 phone in Africa.

Most of their devices are like that.
My Note 8 Pro was like that before I switched to TECNO POVA.

Like it's something to do with settings, I will advice you make out time to search about this particular experience on Google search and also YouTube. I think you will get more information there.

Try this and let me know how it goes.

You can also search "pointer speed"

•Tap settings.
•Tap Language and Input.
•Scroll to the very bottom of these settings and tap pointer speed.
•I have seen several default speeds, none over %50. •Increase the slider to make the touch screen more sensitive and easier to tab. Decrease the slider to make your touch screen less sensitive and more difficult to tap.
•Tap OK and then experiment with the results

It's not like that bro, we bought the same redmi note 5 with my twin brother the same day, his own is working just fine. I believe it's pressure I exerted on the screen due to the fact that I travel a lot and most times the phone is in my pocket.

Please, bear in mind that we have been using the phones for good 3 years now.

No charging port issue
No battery issue
No earpiece issue
No mic issue
Regular update
What more can you demand in a phone??
