Its simple. That popup message would be created on another automatically created new page. Just minimise it and select d page showing yr test and then continue your test till u finish.

I keep seeing 'take test' even after my score was given after the test. When I click on the link, I get the message that I've already taken the test; yet it still displays 'take test'.
What do I do?

I had reset the password and uploaded my details. Just to take the test and it will be telling me that.

You are using the wrong details. I guess you were using ur email address and ur password to want to write the test. Use NPWR/2020/****** on ur dashboard and ur passowrd
