Interesting but Op made an error, instead of speed of sound he said speed of light. OK, but nothing can travel past the speed of light (Albert Einstein), if this happens the particle becomes a time machine and such a contrivance and whatever is encapsulated in it can see tomorrow today or more generally can see and predict the future at the very moment it reaches or crosses the speed of light. Simply put for example, you can prevent yourself from being born by killing your mother before you are conceived! (Matricide Paradox)

China has a jet engine in development which is called the WS 10. It is currently in testing phase.

First run was in early 90s, it wasn't use until recently cos of its inefficiency.

I can't imagine myself boarding a Chinese made plane shocked
