This is a python, they are constrictors. Meaning that their bites means nothing. And would make wonderful snake pepper soup.

The weather is so hot that those creatures keep creeping out from their base.

Okay.I still think it's a viper though....the short stocky body and the tail.

This is ball python. It, just like all pythons, aren't Poisonous. U could have caught it alive. People are there who need pets
