I don't know if you noticed this?... Recently I noticed that all the picture I embeded on Nairaland using links from Blog spot only display the URL to the picture and when I clicked it, it doesn't show or lead to the picture.

I now think this is a BUG from Nairaland... Because I also noticed that links with sub-domain of Blog Spot.com automatically changes after you publish, to only the subdomain and three dots (so john.blog spot.com shows as john... which is incorrect). That mean the links to those images are automatically changed after publication. Why is @Seun doing that?

Is this personally affecting me alone (shadow ban) or is this a general issue?

Please lets test this by posting an active URL link to a specific blog post that is hosted on Google Blogger with the subdomain of Blog Spot. Thanks
I just hope my computer doesn't have virus OMG!

Please try and write a website with the subdomain of Blog Spot to prove if Nairaland is beefing with Google (if there is a BUG). Thanks

maybe their bandwidth can no longer contain the amount of traffic on the site. Or their servers are beginning to melt

It makes sense but they also sabotage those of use that are not spam but use Google's Blogger.

They want use to have a domain name so those that spam can be reported to their webhost
Anyway they have given me hours of work trying to correct al broken links

Anyway, I am thinking of manually gaining back to probably 100+ old post, download the image of the tergeted link and host it on another place so it display? Hard work.

You can solve this problem by creating a short URL for your blog spot.com post (make sure the URL shortener you use isn't also banned or blacklisted).

TIP: Don't edit too much of your past post/comment on NairaLand at once, otherwise they would suspend you for editing your own comment. I got 3 days suspension for interacting with content from Art, Graphics and Video section of nairaland.
