There might be vehicles on ground which requires you to wait, after washing, they might need to repark your vehicle to accommodate another vehicle on queue waiting to be washed.
Sometimes, you have to wait for 3 to 4hrs just to have your car washed, so people tend to use that opportunity to do other stuffs like, have a cut, watch ball, a drink, business meeting, etc
