Long term, public medical care should be run like a proper business. Medical insurance schemes should be pursued vigorously to take care of access and operational funding. Govt to commit at least 10% of national budget over the next 15 years to Health to address part of the infrastructure gap.

many people are too poor to afford healthcare as it is. If it is privatised, oh well.
