Omoluabi1stborn:As far as I'm concerned, this program is overrated. They will put one or two solar panels on people's roof in villages, enough to just power light bulbs, radio and maybe a small standing fan and they will claim they have provided that household electricity! If the house cannot power anything really useful like TV sets or a fridge or tools, not sure what value it brings. |
