Please why is the thread scarce on comments? Is there no development regarding Npower news?

Try logging into ur email using another browser or another device, u'll find it.

I had reset the password and uploaded my details. Just to take the test and it will be telling me that.

Use ur npower ID (NOT email address) and ur password to login for the test.

a friend mistakenly remove one letter from her email address wen registering.. she remembered.
now she tried resetting her password to that email link has been sent but the issue now is she can't access the account.

Yes. that's if someone hasn't taken that email

Please how do i resolve a colleague's issue where i could log-in to a dashboard but can't log in to the test portal as it prompts "invalid password". I have tried resetting the password severally but same problem persists.
