life has never been fair to me. I have been going through alot alone both physical and emotional.

the worst is one tumor is growing in my testicles it's very painful.

and I have no one am suffering it's killing me inside.

I need help who can help me operate this tumor and also get me something to eat and something doing please help a brother. am at the point of no return.

manage ur pain,am also in pains but sometimes when sucide cross i remember my bible and God faithful promises,sometimes i pray but if none works to calm me down then the last option is to drag a rap of fresh weed and sleep,when i wake up i will be alright,suci no be option for tough men
