Following the wave of attacks on public institutions especially the police stations in the South East zone, the five governors of the Southeast, have stormed Owerri on Sunday, to take strong decisions on the issue of insecurity in the zone.

As of the time of filing this report, the closed door meeting is ongoing at the Sam Mbakwe executive chamber, in Owerri.

Vanguard gathered that the governors in attendance were, Governor of Abia state, Okezuo Ikpeazu, Anambra, Willie Obiano, Enugu, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, Ebonyi, Dave Umahi and the host governor, Hope Uzodimma.

Also sitting alongside with the Southeast governors’ included the President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo world-wide, Professor George Obiozor as well as top security chiefs in the zone.

Obiano didn't send his deputy this time around like he always do previously. I hope they implement whatever good plan they intend to formulate today.

Southern ~~Leaders~~(Charlatans) have rendered there self impotent to the political lopsidedness and injustice we face everyday. But SE leaders so far are the most useless.

What the will discuss is IPOB/ESN while leaving the reason that birthed ESN.

Expect nothing positive out of this meeting as long as they haven't unitedly and publicly roared against the killer Fulani herdsmen.

This is actually the first time all the South East governors are complete in a meeting without sending either their deputies or any delegate to represent them

They've seen the seriousness of the issue at hand and now choose to keep politics and sentiments aside

Umahi should not allow his ego spoil this one as was the case in the previous one that they all have to walk out angrily

If they are wise, they should do the following:

1) Adopt ESN for all man in the SE
2) Ask police to dismantle all checkpoints in SE or face any attack without involving them
3) Ban open grazing
4) Talk am hoo haa say SE no get land and will not give out any land for RUGA

But they are foolish guys, they are likely to launch a Security Network for the SE. Then they will declare ESN as illegal, this will pave way for Zoo army to descend heavily on ESN.

Thats what my mind tells me.

But we are watching. Jungle don mature be say Jungle don mature.
