What you're having is a wish. The truth is that most of these people are not more criminal than you. Next, those of them who are real criminals would be too afraid to do crimes now lest they be caught and returned to prison.

I'm in the South-East, and I can tell you that nothing has changed for the worse since the jailbreak. The Fulani herders and their protectors are our main problems, not these people.

Fact, Nigeria prison system makes you hardened.
They call it correctional centre but it won't correct you it will rather make you more brutal and hardened.
Ordinary Nigeria Police cell can turn one to "badoo".
