I would also like to know where I can download illustrator from, since I can't get it from microsoft store

With these specs it sadly won't run smoothly at all, it may start but you wouldn't be able to do anything productive honestly. But if you still want to try here's a download link.

Download Inkscape as an alternative to Illustrator and Gimp as an alternative to Photoshop. Enjoy!
