budaatum:Twitter is not choosing Ghana for the infrastructure. Infact Nigeria has a much more advanced tech ecosystem than Ghana, most of which was built by the Nigerian Private sectors. Twitter chose Ghana because it has a progressive govt with stable policy system. President akufo addo has a world-class team. Ghana has the fastest internet speeds in the West African region. It's no wonder. From there, they'll head to South Africa and Rwanda. Nigeria has too many problems.
