Replacement mainly takes place after shortlisting of successful candidates. I mean wen recruitment is concluded.

For example, Fire service, correctional (Prison) are currently doing replacement of 2018 recruitment.

List have been shortlisted... Candidates will resume training at Ahoda in rivers state Port-Harcourt.

from all indications, Nigeria can't afford to recruit large numbers now due to the economic challenges this dead present simp of a president has caused

Federal Govt is almost broke. No funds to continue the recruitment.

Wonder why some ppl will jst cme jst like dt n be predicting sometin else.
