I don't really think it's the emergency clinic, that building has been there b4 the construction of emergency clinic.

I must commend kanubeen, they are really doing great job at the airport road, moving of earth, grading, cutting and filling is completed while laying of stone base and asphalt are completed and ongoing in some sections of the road
