BTW Anaemia is not a diagnosis
There must be something causing the anaemia

Maybe she didn't notice earlier ... or the Doctors didn't take appropriate diagnosis due to lack of severity of the issue !!

May God protect us , even a 10 naira folic Acid and 10 naira worth of Ferrous sulphate can deny some deaths but what about if head no think am !
