The state of insecurity in the country does not worth staging heavy and earth moving protest for? Primary Health Care is the responsibility of Local Governments
General Hospitals is the responsibility of sate government
Teaching hospitals are the responsibility of the FG.

Many do not know this or choose not to understand it and s vent every anger on FG.
