Hi everyone - I wanted to share that I was able to fly to the US and then Canada without any issues. I already had a visit visa to the US so I had that advantage, I stayed for a day and travelled to Canada by air and I didn’t have any issues. Sharing this for anybody that might have a US visa and COPR that might be interested in this long journey alternative

Thank God you had a smooth landing.

If you don't mind, please how recent did you travel?

Please could you share what airlines you used and what airports (from Nigeria to US, US to Canada) you flew out from/in to.

What was the border experience when leaving US and landing Canada especially since there's entry restrictions in place?

This will be very helpful for some here whose CoPR is near the end and are yet to land.
Thanks.

Can you explain how ?

Once you get to payment option, select western union and submit. Your WES reference number would be generated successfully without making payment. So anytime you are ready to pay, login to your WES account and select the appropriate debit card you want to use for making payment.

In addition, the limit on naira card might not allow you to make the payment so you have other options you can use to pay.

1: Open domiciliary account and fund it with dollar. Get dollar card from your bank...and pay for Wes.

2. Download barter flutterwave app fund it and pay ( you can as well search for it here)

3. Or get any trusted person in canny who can pay for you and pay the person back.

4. Read back like last two pages someone suggested another option

Lastly, I think access bank debit card can pay for the money...just 230dollars..u could try it. If it doesn't work out then go for any of the above options.

Use march 2021. If it's not correct Wes will write the appropriate one in your report.

Hi everyone,

Please does anyone know if WES still evaluates transcripts from Houdegbe North American University Benin.

I have heard different versions of stories and I wouldn’t want to waste my money.

Plus, using IQAS has been a struggle as I’ve not been able to get access to their website.

Is there anyone who knows the way forward?

Good morning, were you able to evaluate your transcripts from Benin and if yes? Which ECA??

Hello everyone, I hold a BSC from Benin Republic. Surfing WES website has made me realize it would be impossible to have it evaluated by WES.
Is the any way around this - maybe via ECA, IQAS?

Has anyone ever been able to evaluate a degree obtained from a private university in Benin successfully with any of these evaluation bodies?
Good morning, please have you been able to evaluate your bsc degree?

OND and HND can be evaluated as 2 or more certificates, then as regards your certificate, just upload it on your Wes portal.
Scrap out waec, it's not needed

Hello Everyone,

I am new here. Although, i havent really gone through the thread.

I am considering relocating to Canada through EE or provincial nominee PNP from any province.

I need help and advise please.
1. I am a young 23 years old chartered Accountant with at least a 2 years work experience. I calculated my scores and i had a 471 CRS score.

what route would u advise me?
EE or PNP
Thank you.
start by reading from page 1. 471 with 2 years experience is unlikely. You must have calculated wrongly too

* Profiles can be edited even after submitting. Let him read here:

* Paid internships may count. Let him read here:

* For options on what to do to increase his CRS (e.g. improving IELTS scores, additional degree/work experience or french), let him read here:

Please How can i get across to you, I need more information on the ITA stuff @Abdomox
Abdomox:

Your wife needs to write.

With 6666 your total score will be 465.
With 7777 your total score will be 471
With 8777 your total score will be 473

Simulate her IELTS results using the CRS score with her, and let her see that she needs little push to get you your desired score. Just put her through basics of IELTS and she should be fine. No pressure at all.

For now, you can create EE profile stating she won't be following you...that's 469 points. If ITA comes show her and let her see she's delaying your dreams, but don't accept while you use it to 'threaten' her to write within the validity period (60 days). Perhaps, a 'friendly threat' will do the trick wink

On a lighter note, FSW is not something one needs to miss when the draw begins. So, make hay while the sun shines.

Good day dear, im really devastated, got my llb evaluation from ces today and they gave me bachelor's degree. Please can you send me a screenshot of yours and crop out sensitive information. I want to appeal it please. Im really sad. Thanks in advance.

Ebuncrown:
Dear Lawyers,

CES evaluated my LLB as a PROFESSIONAL DEGREE.

So I started my evaluation January 2020 because IQAS was on a break and I don’t have a masters. I called CES to ask how they evaluate LLB and I wasn’t given any conclusive answer and was asked to make my application. I decided to go with CES since WES and LLB are enemies.

I paid 420CAD to evaluate both LLB and BL degree so I as to get points for 2 or more degrees. My application was submitted January 8th, transcript received February 24th and then COVID happened. I totally forgot about the application and started the process all over with IQAS. Finally scaled through transcript phase but “fortunately” I haven’t been able to pay for IQAS due to the daily limit and dollar limit issue.( which is now a blessing )

November 10th, CES sent me a mail saying they can’t assess my BL as it was outside their scope of evaluation and my 210CAD would be refunded within 2 weeks. It is was refunded 3days later.

I got the email with a soft copy of my evaluation and First professional degree in Law was staring right at me. So it was worth the wait. If you are patient enough and IQAS is wasting your time, you can go ahead evaluate your LLB degree with CES.

Omo, thank God I still decided to use IQAS despite using CES to avoid disappointment.
Chai. Sorry ehn. Still waiting for both though as I was only able to sort out IQAS last month.
