It's at the border of Lagos and Ogun states, in fact all the former tenants worked in Lagos. However it is officially in Ogun State. And the railway doesn't pass anywhere close to the location

Lot of red flags and questions:could it be a house or land under dispute or soon to be taken over by a bank as forfeited due to a bad debt?
Could it be an efcc or icpc soon to be confiscated property due to corrupt enrichment or money laundering?
Or could it be the owner is involved in one shady deal gone wrong and needs to settle?
It looks too good to be a honest deal at that price.
If however,it's a honest deal and the owner truly is in need of cash maybe for urgent business or relocation as abroad,it's indeed a bargain.
But alarm bells just keep ringing,all due to the society we find ourselves where the number of dishonest people outway the honest by a very wide percentage.

This is actually uncalled for. Aside from the low price what are the other red flags you're speaking of? I have invited anyone interested to come for the documents and carry out their verification. If I need cash urgently for a reason, am I not allowed to offer my property at a price that will sell off fast in this economy?

I posted it at 9m since over a month and no one indicated interest. Now I reduced the price and you are all coming out of the woodwork trying to castigate.
