Akwa Ibom and Rivers are actually richer than Lagos state with massive oil wealth and IGR and less than 5 million population each so why are they not on the same scale or even better than Lagos.

When Fashola was the governor of Lagos state, Akpabio in Akwa Ibom had larger yearly budgets than Fashola in Lagos State, but at the end of the day, Akpabio left office with only 5 or less major projects after 8 years.

It has nothing to do with Capital or money, it's all about leadership and competence.
