I found it stupidly annoying. Inability to express oneself clearly on paper is a very big red flag

She'll applying to be a salesgirl, not a news editor or secretary. There are lots of employed salesgirl who can't spell some of those things she wrote correctly. As long as she can do simple calculations and can spell what she'd be selling correctly, then she's good to go
