That's the effect of electing bad leaders. Building materials have cost. In the last one year the prices of some home fittings have increased between 100 - 200%. There is no way prices of rent won't go up because the cost of production has increased. Don't blame landlords for the increament, blame the government. Prices of every commodity have gone up in the country.
