Unizik, okopoly and so many federal Tertiary institutions are having problem with Ippis but once they resolve it Appointment letters will come out,so expect appointment letters anytime. Many people have worked for months without pay in many of the tertiary institution.

I'm not trying to downplay your submission, but the truth is; if you have the opportunity of being in a top position in a fed govt agency and you have the power to employ, you would employ your siblings and relatives too, if they are inbetween jobs.

NDIC does. Entry level salary at NDIC is 310k and they pay quarterly allowances too but I don't know how much exactly. FIRS from what I've seen here is about 160k to 200k.
