What else do Nigerian Generals do other than attending seminars, events and speaking with the media?

Guess years of recruiting officers based on "who they know" rather than "what they know" and "what they can know", has finally caught up with them.

A few years ago, I remember the Army complaining about the quality of cadets leaving the NDA. The general complaining said the units often needed to retrain the officers because they didn't know the things they should know.

That's why we have Captains leading Platoon instead of Lieutenants today.
