I'm trying to reset the password of my sister to update her profile and take the test... this is what I'm getting as response....the email not found.

I'm very sure the email is correct...I applied for her last year. Have they in anyway stopped applicants from updating there profile and taking test??..

If you are sure the email address is correct, keep trying. I knew someone who told me he got this error but after numerous attempts he passed the stage.
