See, the potentials in Alaigbo is so huge, in a few short years, there's going to be a massive increase in middle class population with it's attendent development.
I've had this same thought about the seaport and the development it is bound to bring on this axis. Since the past 7 years, I have gradually began divesting of properties I have outside SE, and have been eyeing emerging opportunities within Alaigbo.

We will get there.

The river is 5 miles away from the Atlantic Ocean. It will be a good river port.
