Nigerian copyright laws do not protect the image of an individual referred to as IMAGE RIGHT.

What the law protects is the right of the person who took the photograph and not the person in the photograph.

Ndidi can only succeed if he can prove that the photograph was taken by him and same was stolen by DStv
