I’ve lived and worked in the worst of Lekki so I know most of the terrains.

I’ve also built beachfront. The torrential rains couldn’t be pose much challenge as tidal waves of the sea.

The problem with Lekki and Lagos is corrupt govt. I witnessed the construction of the drainage system in PH. Drainage design in Lagos be like childsplay. Ask anyone who knows.

Lagos is just an overhyped city tbh.
I wish Lagos is Edo state with better planning and road network, you won’t have to be worried about how to drain your compound.

You won't see any stagnant water anywhere on the road and the drainage system are all underground. You could hear water flow underground if you walk around after heavy downpour.

The sample has one design that looks like in between the hand rail.

i would advice a small duplex since you can get more rooms from a small plot of land. i think i can design a six bedroom duplex for it but atleast two of the bedrooms won't be en suite. do you have a survey plan of the plot?

That is your best solution.

Ok, I'm yet to see a full protector with a door way made with same material with same design. I've only seen rail height protectors. Maybe I can get a better description then post it. Thank you.
