I ordered for a ride today and I barely use Uber, so upon completion the fare was showing #0 I didn’t even remember it was a card trip so I decided to do a bank transfer to the driver since I already saw the estimate of the ride few minutes after he left I got debited so I called him for a refund since my card was debited he told me he can’t do anything about it that i should contact Uber is this really right?

Is it the same American spec Canada uses as well? Or which region in America does this American spec meant for since we have the North and South America.

And how true is the myth with Canada AC cars, many local Nigeria men believe the AC system in cars from Canada doesn't cool as those from the USA. How true is this.

That guy is not just stupid but an ignorant fool... Even asked you to report to Uber by yourself?! Nawao some people get mind oooh. He doesn't know the gravity of that thing he did and by the time you report him and his account is blocked now he will go online to cry fowl.

Boss abeg, what was the fare on the trip? If its something you can forfuit please do and don't report the trip to Uber else they'll block his account permanently and that might be shooting not just him but also everybody that depends on him to feed.

Better still request for a price review now stating to uber that it was a 3rd party trip and since the person paid cash to the driver so you want a refund back to your card since you were debited.

Screen shoot evidence of payment and attach to the message. Your money will be refunded immediately.

Reviews on Uber is usually within the first 72hrs after trip otherwise, uber will not be able to track the history of that particular trip again.

So hurry up unless you just want to gift him then you can just let it slide.

Just for the sake of newbies bro some times you need to dig deep before taking action but its just been confirmed he's an old driver and I've modified.

No body holy pass oh bros... Me ma I've done something similar before... I drove on a rider card from Magodo to Ogodu Berger bus stop b4 ending the trip... The guy refused to cancel so I could get a set destination trip to my destination. But I felt bad about it afterwards and called him to apologise the next day

So some times humans can just do somethings they never even could imagine.

Inspection centres has no business with the app coy'es apart from carrying out the inspection of cars according to guidelines given to them by the coy's.

Send a mail to bolt stating your challenges.

Hope you uploaded the reported well shall because these kind thing can result to somethings like this.

Inbtw, did you get another car or you just wanna take your chances with the car you complained about? I hope you know what you're doing... If what you described about that car is true I'll advise you now to return it and save yourself premium tears later along the line.
