kanuisagoat:

I hope you maintain this same energy the next time a rider absconds with your money.

Remember, nobody holy pass

Bro leave matter, nobody holy pass but some have been transformed and changed from who they used to be to better people now.

If I open my mouth tell you the amount of money car owners dey own me and watin dem use my eyes do enh you go weep.

One is still running away with my 20k but I told myself I won't call him neither will I text him to ask for my money.

Another about a 100k, he retrieved his car, fixed it and sold it, this was a car I spent over 60k on oh... Blackbishop can attest to this because he worked on the car at some point... Since guy man sold his car he never called my line again.

Is it the one I took to radautoworks to fix myself I'll talk about? Or the one I spent over 160k getting out of the hands of taskforce??

Bros, make we leave story God is building and shaping me for greater things so I dont border looking back on them instead I see it a sacrifice for my advancement.

Anyways, I need a car for rental (short rest sorry short rent) say from now till August, you have any abeg link me up. Thank you

So I thought it will be nice to share this

Yesterday I took a rider from banana island, she was heading home at VGC. On our way she received a phone call, and after she stated she’s gonn need to change destination to VI (most of the times I wouldn’t agree to this, I’d rather end the trip there, then proceed to wherever she wanna go offline) but she was really kind and subtle, moreover we were having a good conversation before the call came in, and at this point I had already gotten to Agungi before making a turn.

So I got to VI and the trip ended 1,700, I was shocked even she had to ask if there was a bonus on the trip . I didn’t complain or persuaded her to pay more. I took the 1,700 from her and I reported to bolt about the fare price, there was a space to state your reasons, so I did a brief narration of how the trip went and submitted.

After dropping off my next rider, checked my rides and to my surprise the fare for the trip was upgraded to 2,900, this was just within few minutes I submitted the complaints. I feel that is really commendable by bolt

Rider that must have gone is the one that will respond to such calls, only the ones will conscience will respond.

Ok, this is me doing justice to Airport trips and request because I always get DMs from newbies about airport trips so i think I should share it here for the benefit of newbies coming here to get information.

Question: Good morning boss, please can you summarize airport rules and regulations asap thanks

Dropping off?

Don't stop to drop off a rider on a zebra crossing.
Especially at MM2, drop off at the waiting and drop off point. You will see it clearly written (waiting lot) their at the airport.

Immediately after drop off drive out, but if you receive another request after drop off or b4 drop off go and make the turn back in from the entrance gate that's if you're already driving out b4 the request came in But if it's b4 drop off or you're coming for pickup apply the same rule accordingly in the first paragraph.

It is advisable you have two phones so that you can easily end your trip and get paid even while trying to communicate or connect to your next rider.

The golden rule in this particular carriage space (MMA2), DONT STEP OUT OF YOUR CAR FOR ANY REASON, there are airport services men all around to assist passengers to offload and load their luggage, its not your job to do that so sit right in your car while they do their job.

On local airport (MMA1) and Int'L, drop off point and pickup point are different.

For MMA1 this is the system I usually apply.

After drop off I drive out totally to the coin oil filling station to either wait for request of wait for my rider to come meet me up then we proceed from there. In the case where the rider refuses I cancel or ask them to cancel. Its that simple. Most riders I've picked up at that very airport have always come to meet me there. The security guy already knows me I'd already done a ground watering before so any time I get there I just maintain their rules and then drive out in peace. It's saves me and my rider money because if I've to make use of their car lot I'll have to pay 5h which means I've to start the ride request right there b4 leaving the park each, the driver will be responsible for that fee.

Note: A lot of these riders know this so they will tell you to drive out and meet them and when you do, your are on your own because the fine is 30-45k no "bros abeg".

Same rule applies to the Int'L Airport. They use to have a pickup waiting lot b4 below but the last time I went there to pick up I was directed to the parking lot and it was very difficult for me to find my rider and the rider was frustrated that he'd to cancelled. I was lucky to be on uber, cancellation fee was still working then else my 5h would have entered voice mail. As I drove out another request entered again and I'd to go back and pay another 5h again but rider already agreed to pay me my initial 5h because I too was frustrated and was ready to cancel and go offline. So in the end the man compensated me 1kgrin sounds great right? But you need some good communication and appealing skills.

There are lot of good trips at the airport but it's mainly for those that knows the modus operandi, if you dont? Please keep off.

Just do your drop off, off your app and drive out or better still stop all incoming request on the app immediately after you start your current ride. This feature works perfectly on Uber but have never noticed it work well on Bolt.

Finally, don't park to check, wait, drop off or do anything within the entire airport environment starting from the 7 and 8 bus stop all the way down to Ikeja Under the bridge close to LASUTH all these area is regarded as airport and even down to Maryland, Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way. The only time you're permitted to stop is when your car is on fire and after you've successfully put of the fire make sure you immediately get a towing van and tow your car out immediately else the airport authorities (their boys) will come and help you tow your car and you'll still pay the attracted fine. That's how heartless they can be described.grin

Good luck.

Thank you so much Sir I really appreciate this opportunity but I don't need a HP since I've a plan for just a short rent (say 3-4months) at the moment while I await something else.

Honda DC...hmmmmm.... Oh... Discussion continue you mean...grin not a bad car at all, their bole joint is stronger than that of the EOD. Is it a tok or still have it's tok standard? I wouldnt mind if you want to put it on rent.

Lol... God no go catch am bros lets be honest to ourselves.

Mind you you admitted you allowed him go and didn't border to request for additional money, which is to say, had you requested the gentle man would have given you since
1. You guys had a good rapo all through the trip.
2. The gently man was also aware that the fare failed.

So I'm suprised you still went ahead to carryout a price review knowing it's a cash trip and knowing fully well that the Bolt app don't work well on a cash price review unless it app payment. Mind you Bolt will charge you base on the previewed price and not on the amount collected.grin so you shot yourself on the foot by applying for a price review.

So no need to curse the gentle man or carrying a long race. If I where you and still feel i need the balance of my money I'll put a call through leveraging on the good rapo and knowledge of the trip to him and plea to him to send the preview balance. If he sends, fine otherwise, rest.

Oh you got it twisted. There was a space that asked how much the rider paid and why you think the fare is not fair. Immediately I clicked submit it took me to my dashboard, there was no message of any kind to retrieve the remaining balance from the rider

You need to contact support...
some of the issues raised here can only be solved by bolt and Uber team, unless some few tricks by veterans.

you drove for 2months without getting paid?
And you are still driving on d platform ?
