You can not win a war if you have Islamic Terrorism Sympathizers within the system. With each passing day Nigeria is moving towards becoming another Islamic Republic.
If training of soldiers is the issue then request USA for West point military academy training or India to train Nigerian soldiers in their National Defense Academy. But this will not happen. No one cares now
