Don't mind me Bros because meself no get reasonable explanation for it. What I know is that we applied and the selection process was largely political. We didn't do any serious job but the program was delayed because the funds budgeted for this group had been siphoned to fixed deposit to accrue interest for their benefits. What more can I say ?
