No economic waste , why not round up the cows and make the herds men pay fine for it , no to killing of unarmed herds men and their families , they are not our enemies, the Fulani government in power and the killer herds men are the problems

u don't have to kill just Fulani cows. Ambush these Fulani then surround them, kill them all and their cows. Don't allow them to escape. Don't kill only the cows, ambush them, block all escape root and kill them with their cows.
