My company interviewed some bsc graduates. Simple interview see u see laptop oya design what you learnt in school and even opon in the beautiful templates they were given they couldn't click a mouse twice. Anyways its good self, ignorant graduates like that are the reaswe still earn millions with little stress. They should keep blowing accent grammar up and down

Hello Guys please I need your advise and experiences here;
I am a graduate of Electrical and Electronics engineering with an upper credit but since my graduation in 2008 I haven't been fortunate enough to get a job in my field hence I have been hustling any and everything to make ends meet but am always feeling misplaced you know like am not on the right track. so I am considering going back to school to improve on my qualification.

My intention is to get a higher degree in engineering preferably electrical power related from a Canadian institution but from my research so far masters degree with HND is out of the question in Canada (I hope am wrong) the most viable option is to apply for fresh admission but considering my age (mid 30s) a visa officer my deny my visa application considering I already have an HND why go for another degree or if I leave out my HND that would create a vacuum of over 10 years in my record (I also hope to be wrong). Although I don't mind going for certificate courses as well.

So guys please those who have experience and ideas on how to achieve my aim should kindly share.

Thanks so much

No visa officer will issue you a visa for a Certificate Course. Go for a fresh Programme. Do not tell them you have HND.

Yes. But why go the undergraduate route which is more expensive and time consuming when you can try for a masters directly?

HND top up degree in Canada universities, allows Higher National Diploma (HND) graduates to ‘top-up’ their education and obtain a bachelors degree from a Canadian university or college.

In Canada, HND certificate holders with related Higher National Diploma (HND) can expect to complete the necessary courses within two to three academic years and be granted a bachelor degree upon achieving satisfactory grades.

For example, if you have an HND in Civil Engineering from Nigeria, most Canadian universities will give you admission into the 2nd or 3rd year bachelors programs in an engineering program.
The decision as to whether you’ll start in the second or third year depends on the number of transfer credits that is accepted from your previous HND degree.

I don’t think u understand it
If he wants to study in Canada he should be applying for masters not bachelor degree
It’s should be masters degree
Bachelor degree is like starting from the beginning of a university

ETO are paid from 1.2 million upwards monthly but make sure you have lot of cash for your ETO course in Ghana (2 million plus)
