The traffic in mosques especially over the 3-day holiday and during Ramadan is so porous that a lot of witnesses would vouch for her? Who found her in the mosque? Why did she not go home over three days. What was she eating (Ramadan charity food?). Most mosques are locked at night- did she sleep there. Did she cover her hair within the mosque where did she get a headscarf.

It is not enough to take her to the hospital or to church (as suggested in other comments) as you dont even know what you are up against.

If this was truancy would it not just happen again?

You can't impeach a president over rising insecurity.
