Why did she not go home over three days. What was she eating (Ramadan charity food?). Most mosques are locked at night- did she sleep there. Did she cover her hair within the mosque where did she get a headscarf.

It is not enough to take her to the hospital or to church (as suggested in other comments) as you dont even know what you are up against.
