I thought the personality test was the same for both.

Little advice at this stage- prepare oooo. SHl might look cheap especially verbal but it's quite tricky....
I'm quite sure there is no verification this year, so there will be massive weeding at this stage (my opinion sha)

I can't say. It's like they started sending the mail today. You'll probably have to wait for some time before concluding.

So i had seen the former type of questions which the requirement is most/least and the last year own was changed to best/best. Anxiety made me forgot my self and brain and went ahead filling the questionnaire on most/least format

Yes, it might be more than that and more time allotted this year. Since this would be proctored, there might not be any need for another verification test.
